I see that Paul added my company, Kadient. Thanks, Paul! Our main bag is sales playbooks served up within a CRM system so reps have the proven content and knowledge they need right when the need it (based on the opportunity they are working). No digging around or guessing, just selling! And with it, you get a new set of analytics too. 

Another that I thought of is Brainshark http://www.brainshark.com I&#039;ve heard some really good things about these guys. 

And of course, there&#039;s also OneSource http://www.onesource.com
