If social media is changing the way companies do business — it will also change the way sales reps sell.
In my mind there are two choices for sales reps and managers to make:
1.) Learn about the Sales 2.0 movement and remain competitive
2.) Not learn about the Sales 2.0 movement and lose your competitive edge
